Officials hire Harley architects to help develop donated FCB building

At their meeting Wednesday, the Indiana County commissioners approved the hiring of Thomas R. Harley/Upstreet Architects to help develop the 600 Philadelphia St. building to be turned into a Welcome Center to be utilized by the Indiana County Tourist Bureau, the Indiana County Chamber of Commerce and the nonprofit Downtown Indiana Inc.
