Union Street Studio Architects, PLLC was established in 2013 by partners Erika Franke and Norman Cox as the successor firm to Franke, Gottsegen, Cox Architects. Our office is oriented to small and medium-scale projects in the commercial and residential sectors. With three decades of practice, we have extensive experience in renovation, rehabilitation, preservation, and new construction projects in the New York City region.
