Shirley Gary once again takes top honors in LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance rankings

Shirley Gary, the former owner of Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta and Atlanta North Fulton, was ranked the No. 1 individual agent for sales nationwide for the third year in a row by the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.

Gary, who announced her move to Ansley Christie’s International Real Estate last month, led all Alliance members with 263 transaction sides and $191.4 million in sales volume in 2022.

PorchLight Realty Group with eXp Realty in San Diego led the team sales volume list with $431.6 million in 2022, while The EZ Referral Network with Keller Williams Citywide in Westlake, Ohio, led team transaction sides with 1,280 sides.

Honorees on this year’s Top Producers list, the third one compiled by the Alliance, represented a total of 15,919.3 sides and $8.53 billion in volume. The collective group, which included 388 individual agents and teams, would have ranked on the 2023 RealTrends 500 as the 23rd and 29th largest brokerages in the nation by volume and sides, respectively.

Other Atlanta-area individuals making the list include Blair Myers of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers in Mcdonough, who ranked 93 by individual sales volume with $13 million sold.

For team sides, Tim Hur and Helen Nguyen of the Tim Hur and Helen Nguyen Team at Point Honors and Associates, Realtors in Duluth ranked 17th with 141 transactions; Jason Moore of the Sells Moore Team at RE/MAX Legends in Buford ranked 18th with 140 sides; Zac Pasmanick of The Zac Team at RE/MAX Metro Atlanta Cityside ranked 20th with 139 sides; and Jo Gipson of the Gipson Group ATL at Compass ranked 95th with 34 sides.

For team sales volume, The Zac Team ranked 18th with $66.8 million, the Tim Hur and Helen Nguyen Team ranked 24th with $62.3 million, and the Sells Moore Team ranked 28th with $58.8 million.

“This list not only honors the incredible production of our members but helps showcase the standing the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance has in the real estate industry,” said Alliance President Erin Morrison. “It is hard enough to navigate the emotional and financial journey towards homeownership, yet too often the LGBTQ+ community has additional concerns about discrimination and safety. Those on the Top Producers list, and our other members, understand and are best suited to provide community members with the comfort, security and professionalism they deserve.”
