According to a 2022 Hindustan Times report, Ranveer, along with his father’s company, acquired the quadruplex spanning the 16th to 19th floors of the upcoming Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society on BJ Road, Bandstand, Bandra. The carpet area spans 11,266 square feet, complemented by an exclusive 1,300-square-foot terrace. The total acquisition cost for the quadruplex amounts to Rs 118.94 crore, with a stamp duty of Rs 7.13 crore paid for registration.
