Redfin Welcomes February and March Agent Hires

Spring is officially here, and we’ve been busy welcoming some amazing agents and managers across the country to help us kick off a busy homebuying season. Please join me in recognizing all of the new folks who joined us in February and March!

Redfin Agent Ginger Pickett

This crew is full of talented people, some brand new to Redfin and others returning to us after some time away. One familiar face I’m excited to see again is Ginger Pickett, who is rejoining Redfin’s Dallas team as a principal agent after a year working at a real estate investment company. She originally started at Redfin in 2016 and has held several different roles over the years, from agent to iBuying specialist.

“I’m happy to be back at Redfin because it’s such a trusted brand, and the system is proven to be successful,” Ginger said. “Redfin’s technology is unmatched–I love the touring system, and the CRM makes it so easy to keep track of my clients and to see my metrics that let me know I’m succeeding. I also missed the company culture and the relationships I’d built with friends, colleagues and clients over the years.”

Redfin agent Michael Chung

I’m also excited to be welcoming new agents like Michael Chung, who is bringing more than a decade of real estate experience to Redfin’s Los Angeles office. He began his career in property management, and most recently worked as an agent at eXp Realty where he sold more than $22M in real estate in the last two years and excelled as a Redfin Partner Agent.

“I was happy at my previous brokerage and with the quality of leads I was getting as a Partner Agent, but the Redfin Next program convinced me to make the switch,” Michael said. “Given the landscape of the current real estate market, I couldn’t turn down the opportunity to partner with Redfin as an employee while still being paid on commission. I’m looking forward to using all of Redfin’s tools to supplement my years in the industry and to give my buyers and sellers the best experience possible.”

Our Redfin Next plan is appealing to top producers like Ginger and Michael because it provides the best of both worlds: big commission splits and customer introductions, technology, marketing, support and benefits to grow your business. Since launching the Redfin Next plan last fall, we’ve recruited over 90 top producing agents to our teams in Southern California and the Bay Area. Collectively, Redfin’s new hires under Redfin Next sold over $1.5 billion in real estate in the last two years. When you combine the talent of these new Redfinnians with the excellence of our existing agents, Redfin is a force to be reckoned with!

Welcome to all our new and returning Redfinnians! I can’t wait to see what you will accomplish this year!

Redfin is always looking for ambitious, mission-driven real estate pros to join our team. To view open roles and start a conversation about how we can help you grow your business, visit Redfin’s career page
