‘Pretty Little Liars’ Star Ashley Benson’s $9.5M Los Angeles Home Charms a Buyer

Actress Ashley Benson, best known for her role on the TV series “Pretty Little Liars,” is prepping to part ways with her historic Los Angeles home.

The gorgeous, 4,825-square-foot house has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Situated in the city’s gated Laughlin Park community, the property was listed in mid-July for $9,499,000 and recently moved into contingent sale status.

Benson picked up the posh abode in 2020 for $4.5 million and remodeled the place. Still, she is in step to profit handsomely from the investment if she gets any amount in the vicinity of her asking price.

The vintage abode was built in 1930 by renowned architect Arthur Rowland Kelly, whose portfolio includes the Playboy Mansion and Hollywood’s first luxury hotel, The Christie Hotel.

This swanky Old Hollywood Spanish Revival estate sits on a cul-de-sac with 360-degree views of downtown Los Angeles and Griffith Park. Many of the home’s historical details were preserved in its renovation.

Details, details, details

The home’s farmhouse kitchen has teal cabinets, a marble center island, and top-notch appliances. The glossy, black-and-gold stove and deep, porcelain sink are especially eye-catching.

Tall, arched windows; dark-hardwood floors; and a chandelier make the dining room an impressive spot for hosting guests.

Glitz and glamour

The home’s five bedrooms abound with built-in shelves and cabinets and private balconies, and one offers a fireplace and an enormous walk-in closet.

The bathrooms are equally inviting—particularly the primary bath, with its chic glass doors and copper soaking tub.

The others include memorable details, such as gold hardware; glossy, black tile; floral wallpaper; and marble vanities. One guest bathroom boasts a vintage look, complete with a pedestal sink and seafoam-green walls.

That’s not all

And the home’s monthly HOA fee of just $50 is quite the bargain.
