LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) – According to Park Jones Realty’s Real Estate Market Numbers, there are 303 homes currently for sale in Lawton, with a combined average asking price of a little more than $233,000.
Those homes have also been listed for an average of 73 days, while the average for the sold properties is 40 days.
And what about the numbers for the past 12 months?
Parks Jones says homes were listed for an average of $187,000 while selling for about $184,000.
There have also been 1,603 homes sold and closed in the last year.
