LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) – Parks Jones Realty has released this week’s edition of Real Estate Market Numbers.
According to their data, there are 320 homes currently listed for sale with an average asking price of nearly $241,000, and they’ve been on the market for around 76 days on average.
Meanwhile, for the last 12 months, 1,583 homes were sold and closed on for an average price of about $187,000, a more than $10,000 increase from the previous year.
Also, according to Bankrate, the national average for a 30-year fixed mortgage APR is 7.37%.
