PAWTUCKET – Graffiti has continued to proliferate in the city, and now officials are ready to take more aggressive measures to combat it.
Richard Karsulavitch, business manager for the Pawtucket Department of Public Works, says the increase of graffiti has been a nuisance for residents and business owners.
