Records show that actor Matt Damon has bought himself a West Hollywood pied-a-terre in one of L.A.’s newest lux buildings. The fourth floor unit with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths cost the Oscar winner $8.550 million.

Spanning more than 2,850 square feet, sliding glass walls open to connect the interior living spaces with with a private terrace spanning over 1,600 square feet—one of the most expansive outdoor spaces available in the building. The gourmet kitchen features premium Sub-Zero, Miele, and Gagganeau appliances.
