Before assuming ownership of the firm in 2018, Mrs. Kennedy accumulated valuable experience with Coldwell Banker United between 2009 and 2010 and at The Kuker Company Real Estate Services from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, she earned vital expertise as a real estate paralegal through a key position with Pat Cavness Law Office from 2003 to 2007, and between 2000 and 2003, Mrs. Kennedy was a valued part of the paralegal staff at Smith & Carlson Law Office.

She is also a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute. Mrs. Kennedy has been duly recognized for many professional accomplishments throughout her career, including the Rookie of the Year Award from the Austin area network of the Women’s Council of Realtors, an association for which she served as president in 2022. She served on the Central Texas MLS as Board of Governor and/or Advisory Council for approximately five years now and is currently serving in that capacity. She also serves on the state level of the Texas REALTORS Professional Standards Committee and Professional Standards Coordinating Committee. She also boasts affiliations with several relevant organizations that serve to advance women in business; for example, since 2012, she has been an active member of Professional Women of Williamson Co., for which she served as vice president of the membership and scholarship committee from 2012 to 2015 before being appointed president for a one-year term in 2016.
