Lee & Associates of Illinois’ John M. Joyce, vice president, along with Kenneth Franzese and John Cassidy, both principals, represented the tenant, a family-owned freight transportation and logistics company whose services span across national and international regions.
According to Joyce, “For support of its third-party logistics shipping services, Thinnes Transport found tremendous value in its existing location and the building’s infrastructure and opted to remain in place.”
Dan Jones of Entre Commercial represented the landlord, STAG Industrial Holdings.
