Fashion and wedding dress designer Kyha Scott is selling her stylish Black Rock home.
Celebrity wedding dress designer Kyha Scott is hoping to say yes to the sale of her stylish home in Black Rock.
Ms Scott is the founder and creative director of her namesake dress label Kyha Studios and bridal boutique Chosen by Kyha, which together have a following of nearly 500,000 on Instagram.
The designer herself has more than 20,000 followers and has previously created gowns and red carpet looks for a slew of global A-listers, including Julia Roberts, Rita Ora and Nicole Scherzinger.

On home soil, her designs have been seen on famous faces such as Tones and I, G Flip, Steph Claire Smith, Jodi Gordon, Alex Pendlebury and more.
Ms Scott and her husband purchased their glamorous four-bedroom pad at 14 Prospect Grove in 2015 and immediately began planning an extensive renovation.
Engaging home builder BlakeBuilt, the couple transformed the home into a contemporary showpiece, while still retaining its Art Deco features.

The property still comes with a range of period features.
“We wanted to expand and build something that we could entertain, enjoy and grow in,” Ms Scott said.
“All our growing and some of my fondest life memories have been in the house.”
During her time at the property, the dressmaker celebrated her engagement, wedding, and welcomed two daughters and two dogs into her family.
She also grew her “biggest venture to date”, Kyha Studios, founded in 2011 and now with boutiques in Melbourne, Sydney and even a flagship store in New York City.
As the business continues to expand, Ms Scott and her husband have listed their Black Rock home with a $2.5m-$2.75m price tag.

“It’s an exciting time for the business, we are looking for flexibility to be more able to travel and be where the business needs us to be,” she said.
The luxe dwelling features a butterfly-style roof that creates plenty of natural light throughout the open-plan living and dining zone.
A skylit kitchen is also found in this domain, complete with marble benchtops, a butler’s pantry and a concealed built-in bar.
At the rear of the property, a paved entertainer’s terrace with integrated outdoor speakers surrounded by a low-maintenance, landscaped garden adjoins a heated swimming pool and spa.

“The pool and spa have been exceptional to keep the girls entertained on weekends whether its summer or winter … Sunday spas are some of my fondest family memories,” Ms Scott said.
Three bedrooms are positioned at the front of the home, including the main with a huge built-in wardrobe and dual-vanity ensuite with a freestanding bathtub.
A fourth bedroom or study is found off the living area.
Buxton Bentleigh director Chris Hassall has the listing, with the property heading under the hammer at 3pm on October 7.
Ms Scott added that she will be dressing three “remarkable women” in the upcoming Brownlow awards.
