A Virginia group has paid $2.6 million to purchase a Kernersville commercial property with Piedmont Bobcat as the occupant, according to a Forsyth County Register of Deeds filing on Friday.
The 3.52-acre tract at 1015 N.C. 66 South contains a 15,750-square-foot building.
The buyer is Judd Brock 6 of Glen Allen, Va. The seller is Clodfelter Family of Kernersville.
