There are big changes in the air for Halsey. The singer and mother just split from their longtime label Capitol Records following some TikTok marketing drama. Two days following that announcement, Halsey put her stunning Monte Nido, California estate on the market for $11.9 million. Halsey is selling the home after two years, as she originally purchased the property for $10.8 million in January 2021.

The estate, which boasts 4.69 acres, has had its fair share of celebrity owners, including Liam Payne of One Direction and Roger Jenkins, the ex-husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Diana Jenkins. The compound, which clocks in around 12,660 square feet, has had its fair share of modern updates thanks to its previous owners, including a new gate house for security, a guesthouse complete with its own three-car garage, and a standalone recording studio, to name a few.
The main house, a 10,000-square-foot, Mediterranean style home, is complete with walnut floors, a private movie theater, and a full-on beauty salon in the basement. Of course, one of the biggest appeals of the property is the lush landscaping, which includes a large pool, a dog run, and even an outdoor kitchen. (See all the photos over on Dirt.)
