Draft Text Reveals EU Crypto Tax Plans Include NFTs, Foreign Companies


The European Union plans to force crypto companies to give tax authorities details of their clients’ holdings, even if they’re based outside the bloc or offering non-fungible tokens (NFTs), according to a draft bill released to CoinDesk under freedom of information laws.
