Charlie Puth Lists Beverly Hills Midcentury For Nearly $17 Million

Popstar Charlie Puth is looking for a buyer this Christmas. The singer/songwriter has listed his 90210 Midcentury for a cool $16.995 million—making for a potential major profit on his 2017. Puth reportedly bought the home for $9 million six years ago.

The four bedroom/four-and-a-half bath home was designed by Rex Lotery in 1965. Built of concrete, wood, glass and stone, the property is noted as one of only a handful of two story homes in Trousdale. 

Completely private and situated behind gates with a large motorcourt, property feature include multiple courtyards, a pool, fountains, a gourmet kitchen with commercial appliances and a striking two-story living room. 

The primary suite has a spa-inspired bath, office, studio and much more.
