The primary suite is located to the rear of the parlor level and comes with an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a private terrace. Prior to Luhrmann and Martin’s ownership, Clifford Jordan, a renowned jazz tenor saxophonist, lived on the fourth floor for decades. That area is still a standalone suite set up with a living room, bar, gym, bedroom, and bathroom.

The kitchen reflects a bit of the glamorously dramatic movie sets the couple is known for, with white subway tiles and a marble island that complements dark wooden cabinetry. The kitchen leads directly to a backyard with ivy-clad brick walls.
