‘At a loss for words’: Solano County bar tagged with racist graffiti

Authorities are investigating racist graffiti that was found on a business in Cordelia. The owner of Thompson’s Corner Saloon says his business was tagged with racist graffiti. The Solano County Sheriff’s Office said it got the report Tuesday morning. Deputies are now investigating the incident as a hate crime. “Honestly, still at a loss for words that someone out there is so angry, that they can hate people they don’t even know. And on top of that, I feel really bad for all of the people who were commuting to work and had to see that,” said bar owner Joey Della Zoppa.Sheriff’s deputies said they do have surveillance footage of the incident but unfortunately do not have any suspect information as the person who tagged the building was wearing a mask and hoodie to cover their identity.
