Architects from Mexico lead an assembly in Mérida, Yucatán

To inform about results and exchange experiences, the 115th National Assembly of the Federation of Colleges of Architects of the Mexican Republic (FCARM) is successfully held on its last day at the Siglo XXI Convention Center in Mérida.

The President of the Yucatecan College of Architects, Miguel Sosa Correa, shared that the assembly is the opportunity for the associates to be aware of the agreements, statutes and participate in the programs and activities of the federation in general and of the regions and colleges in particular.

He pointed out that the importance of the assembly is that it forms edges and segments of architectural work, both professional and union practice and promotion of young people.

In this sense, he recalled that within the framework, the Youth Jamboree competition is held, where 130 students from several states carry out a regeneration project in the La Plancha area.

As part of the closing of the assembly, today they will have a dinner at the Quinta Montes Molina and tomorrow the guests will take a tour of the Magic Town of Izamal.
