New Jersey now has seven counties ranked in the top 150 hottest housing markets in the U.S., according to the latest data from Realtor.com.
That’s up from four counties on Realtor.com’s hottest real estate market list earlier this fall.
Gloucester County, where the median listing price was $350,000, topped the New Jersey list at 16. Five New Jersey counties ranked in the top 100.
