Anitra D. Androh and Tim J. Donovan have joined Polsinelli PC as shareholders in the real estate practice group in Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.
Androh’s practice focuses on representing clients in commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development, and the leasing of office buildings, according to Polsinelli.
Donovan advises clients on structuring real estate projects, leases, and construction agreements, in addition to other property-related agreements, said Polsinelli.
