Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties were agents in the purchase of 10 acres of land at North Grove Medical Park Drive. North and West Grove bought the property for $2.6 million from Spartanburg Office Associates.


Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties were agents in the lease of 315 Carolina Drive Extension in Roebuck. Ana Gaida leased the 4,500-square-foot facility to Spartan Health LLC for $280,000.


Craig Jacobs of Spencer/Hines Properties was the agent in the lease of 5,030 square feet of retail space for $162,000 at 227 Cedar Springs Road in Spartanburg. Spartanburg Real Estate Holdings LLC leased the property from Learning Express Academy LLC.
