Here lives an architect. And it shows

Architecture and design: Oshir Asban

Curtains, pillows, bedding: ELLA DÉCOR

The apartment is located in one of the lower buildings in the Gindi TLV complex (17 floors), and has an area of 193 square meters + 100 square meters of balconies. The architect Oshir Esban, who is of course responsible for the planning and design, and his partner live in the apartment. “In the beginning, when we arrived at the apartment, it was dark and without taking advantage of the sun’s rays. Furthermore, there was no proper and natural flow in the space, so our first decision was to create an open space from end to end with modular walls through which the house can be changed according to need,” explains the architect.

As mentioned, the apartment was designed as one large space, with a view that starts from the entrance to the balcony. The study is also used by the couple as a guest room and another room is the master, which of course includes a spacious closet and a bathroom, including a pampering bathtub for end-of-day pampering. The bedroom is large and spacious, with future thinking and proper preparation so that one day it will become two rooms. From the suite there is an exit to a private balcony for the couple with an abundance of greenery and greenery in the eyes. Asban chose a light and calm palette of materials, alongside warm and cozy furniture designed especially for the project. A floor panel with a non-standard height of 30 cm decorates the walls and adds a classic-fashionable fragrance. Also decorating the walls are wall frames that provide a classic motif with a twist.

Esban was able to combine on the calm background of the apartment various walnut elements that provide a pleasant and fashionable warmth, these are reflected in the island in the kitchen, the dining area and the parquet. Another element of color comes thanks to large artworks by the artist Aviv Greenberg. The public space is paved with large, tight tiles to create a smooth, bright and uniform appearance. The couple’s powerful balcony brings in a fragrance from nature, and sometimes you can even forget that you are in an urban environment. The green tones expressed in the stormy textile blend well with the delicate water color of the paddling pool on the balcony.

The soft and pleasant textile that accompanies the developers in the project is designed by ELLA DÉCOR. It seems that the curtains in the house wrap the space in a soft and at the same time powerful look. ELLA DECOR is also responsible for the caressing and high-quality bedding alongside the abundance of textiles on the balconies. In the wardrobe room, Esban liked to “throw” orange and blue color spots that bring a lot of chic to the elegant space.
