Discovering and Displaying the Innovative and Creative Culture of Silicon Valley

Hello everyone! Here are some fantastic events and features happening right here in the vibrant Silicon Valley community, brought to by Silicon Valley’s very own Content Magazine

This area is brimming with creativity and innovation, and there’s always something new and exciting to discover.

Featured Artist: James Mertke

In Issue 15.4 “Profiles,” acrylic painter James Mertke is featured. James has a knack for pushing color vibrancy and emphasizing shadows, particularly in his personal favorite subject—lemon slices. This connection is deeply personal, as his grandpa has a lemon tree in his backyard.

Beyond a love for art, James found a passion for mechanical engineering in 2018 at Santa Clara University. He believes that engineering and art coexist beautifully, creating unique and cool combinations.

Join James at Voyager Craft Coffee in Santa Clara this Saturday, June 28, and again on Sunday, June 29, at the Cupertino location. He will also be at the SJMADE Summer Fair on Saturday, July 6, and Sunday, July 7, at the Santa Clara Convention Center.
