Over the past year, Sean “Diddy” Combs has been named in eight lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault and rape. Meanwhile, CNN is reporting that he’s under investigation by the U.S. Justice Department for more, including potential money laundering.

During that time, his mansions in Miami and Los Angeles have been raided by federal agents. And this spring, the Daily Mail reported that he’s underwater $97.5 million in mortgages on homes in Miami and L.A. — which might be only a fraction of his portfolio. He could have bought others under anonymous LLCs, and has sold homes in New Jersey, Georgia, and New York, where he sold a three-bedroom for $5.7 million just off Broadway and 56th and a $4.7 million party pad in East Hampton.

Now, TMZ is reporting that he’s trying to sell his L.A. house, a Holmby Hills mansion with 11 bathrooms spread across 17,000 square feet and some kind of underwater grotto (sometimes referred to as a “swimming tunnel”).

It’s reportedly being listed off-market for $70 million — a high price, if you consider he paid $40 million for the place in 2014. And if you consider the drop in appeal.
