CBRE Group reports these commercial real estate transactions
VPI Properties LLC paid $1.75 million to CR Real Estaste Investments for a 16,100-square-foot industrial property at 1630-1642 NW 1. CBRE’s Jason Hammock, Caitlin Mazaheri and Joe Summers represented the seller.
Fortis Investments LLC rented 1,200 square feet of retail space at 15124 Lleytons Court in Edmond. CBRE’s Stuart Graham, Mark Inman and Wil Scofield represented the landlord of the property, Shops at North Penn LLC.
NAI Sullivan Group reports these real estate transactions
Jessica Halley IBCLC LLC leased 1,319 square feet of office space at 2940 NW 50 from Lee and Karen Caesar. Jessica Cheatwood, lactation consultant, will use the space to assist families in need of doula, hypnobirthing and breastfeeding classes, and lactation consulting. Amanda Sullivan, with NAI Sullivan Group, handled the lease.
Arizona Solar Solutions Inc., doing business as Suntria, leased 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 210 S Eagle Lane from Excalibur Rentals Inc. The space will be used for warehousing and the business location of Suntria. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen, with NAI Sullivan Group, handled the lease.
