THE LIST is our annual feature highlighting the no. 1 agents in each neighborhood in California. Although, not everyone is included just yet. THE LIST only includes those in which we have extended an invitation to join our top agent network based upon certain criteria.
The criteria: must be in business for at least two years; must have sold 3+ properties in the past two years for the neighborhood we are calling you no. 1 in; and must currently have 2+ active listings.
California Listings promotes all of our top agent listings, including rotation on our home page, inclusion in weekly features and newsletters and social media spotlights. From ultra luxury listings to condos and hot rentals, we’re helping our agents get more eyes on their inventory.
